Marking the festival, IGP (INT) R Kikon, who exhorted the programme, stressed on the need to develop deep sense of unity and inculcate good qualities for the younger generation. He exhorted the jawans and the participants to be dedicated and sincere in performing their duties. He also apprised the community to contribute and shoulder their responsibility with sincerity for the welfare of the society. Former NRLE chairman Aremo highlighted the meaning and significance of the festival. Kids for fame Season 3, 2011, finalist Zuchobeni Tungoe enthralled the gathering. The meeting was chaired by NRLE general secretary, Mhathung Ngullie, APRO Pughoboto, while the invocation prayer and benediction were pronounced by Deacon of Police Union Baptist Church, Yanpamo and Pithungo Tungoe respectively. Er. Mhathung Tsopoe proposed the vote of thanks. NRLE chairman, Nino Yanthan delivered the welcome address.
