Dimapur, Dec. 27 (EMN): Chumoukedima has a new stretch of road, a footpath and drainage. The new public facilities were inaugurated on Wed. by a local legislator.
Jacob Zhimomi, advisor for Public Health Engineering, inaugurated the newly-constructed road, a drainage and a footpath along gate-2 of Chumoukedima town in Dimapur, updates informed on Wed.
Speaking during the occasion as chief guest, Jacob Zhimomi who ‘personally funded the project’ thanked the public for their support and cooperation ‘because of which the construction could be timely completed,’ the updates said. He was quoted as having urged the public to be ‘more supportive and cooperative’ so that ‘more developmental activities can be brought to the area.’
