New fuel station inaugurated in Tuensang

Fuel Centre, an Indian Oil Corporation Limited outlet, was inaugurated on
Monday at High School B, Tuensang, with Longpoksang Lemtur, Superintendent of
Police, Tuensang, as the special guest.
- In a short speech, Chingmak Chang, president of Eastern
Nagaland People's Organisation (ENPO), asserted that this facility was much
needed, as Tuensang had been relying on a single fuel station for many years.
He added that the new facility would be crucial in providing public service to
consumers in and around the district.
- He also highlighted the need for consumers to have basic
awareness to tackle and prevent illegal practices that may hamper the
efficiency of goods and services.
- Longpoksang Lemtur, in his speech, asserted that this
venture is the beginning of a commitment to provide community support and
sustainable services. He also expressed that fuel is required in every way
every day because it is a lifeline of every activity in today’s world.
- He expressed his hope that this service would provide
reliable community service, keeping in mind the safety of its people and the
environment around.
