Dimapur, July 22 (EMN): A new church building of Thahekhu Village Block 7 Baptist Fellowship Church was inaugurated and dedicated by Rev. Dr. Hevukhu Achumi, Executive Secretary, WSBAK, on Saturday morning.

Speaking on the occasion, Rev. Hevukhu quoted the scripture from the book of Psalms 100 which states, “Enter his gates of with thanks giving and he who worship Him in his holiness and faithfulness will be blessed.” Also quoting Matt. 21:13, the speaker urged upon the congregation to keep the church holy.
Hukiye Yeputho, Head GB of Thahekhu village, greeted the congregation on the occasion. He lauded the residents of Thahekhu Block 7 on the successful completion of the church building.
Tovishe Achumi, pastor of Thahekhu Village Baptist Church, pronounced a prayer for the church, while Kitoho S Rotokha, chairman of the construction committee, presented a brief report on construction of the building. Pastor of the church, Kuhoi Chishi, honoured the dignitaries present at the inauguration.
Niloto Yeptho, associate pastor (youth) read a scripture from the Bible, while
Ghotovi Shohe, former pastor, said the invocation prayer while Sunday school department presented inaugural act.
