Dimapur, Aug. 17 (EMN): Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has greeted the Sangtam community on the occasion of Hunapongpi festival. On Friday, the chief minister tweeted on his twitter account @Neiphiu_Rio: “Happy Hunapongpi to the people from Sangtam community. May the festivity bring cheer, goodwill and foster unity and brotherhood. #Nagaland #LandOfFestivals.”
