DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has greeted the
Yimkhiung community on the occasion of Tsüngkamnyo. “This festival of
thanksgiving honours unity, peace, and friendship, and celebrates the yearlong
harvest and blessings. May it foster harmony and reconciliation among all,” he
wrote in a post on X.
