Neiphiu Rio greets Tikhir community on Tsonglak-Nyi festival

DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has extended greetings to the Tikhir community on the occasion of Tsonglak-Nyi, a traditional festival observed by the community.

In a post on X, Rio conveyed his wishes, saying, “May this sacred time of sanctifying shields, weapons, and wealth, as well as purifying individuals, bring renewed strength, unity, and harmony to everyone.”
