DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has extended greetings to the Sangtam community on the occasion of Hünapungbi.
In a message issued on Sunday, Rio said that the festival serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving and passing down cultural values to younger generations.
