Neiphiu Rio congratulates NDA on Bihar poll victory

DIMAPUR — Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio has congratulated the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) on its victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, describing the outcome as a clear expression of the people’s democratic will.

In a message posted on X on Friday, Rio said that the mandate reflected the electorate’s trust in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
