DIMAPUR — The NDPP Youth Organisation extended congratulations to the organisers of the Nagaland Super League (NSL), led by the chief minister, the Nagaland Olympic Association, the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, the Nagaland Football Association, and all supporting partners for the successful and seamless execution of the league’s inaugural edition.
In a press statement, it said that the league has not only captured the imagination of fans across Nagaland but has also laid a strong foundation for the future of professional football both in the state and in the region.
Expressing confidence that NSL will serve as a powerful platform to nurture and promote football at the grassroots level across the state by bringing together clubs, players, coaches, and communities from all corners of Nagaland.
Also lauding Abu Metha, Secretary General, Nagaland Olympic Association, it said that his dynamic leadership, vision, and unrelenting support for youth and sports development have been instrumental in shaping this league into a grand success.
