WOKHA — The Nationalist Democratic Progressive
Party (NDPP) Wokha Region celebrated Advent Christmas at Hammock Resort, New
Wokha village, on Thursday.
The event was attended by Mhathung Yanthan, Advisor for
Agriculture, and Dr. Chumben Murry, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Nagaland.
The celebration featured various festive activities,
bringing together members of the community to mark the occasion with joy and
unity. Highlights of the event included a gift exchange and a musical night.
Both Yanthan and Murry delivered speeches highlighting the
importance of community, faith, and the spirit of Christmas. The event
concluded with a message of hope and encouragement for the future.
