Dimapur, September 3: Kingdom Stewards of Jalukie conducted a three-day training on “Leadership and team building” was conducted for the NCS and NPS Probationers of 2014 Batch from September 1 to 3. The team was led by its Director, Mongzueng Mpom along with Ipiebeube and Miss Akhrie.
In the three-day programme, full experiential learning exercises on leadership development and team building were conducted. Practical games such as ‘Robbing the Nest,’ ‘Lean Stick,’ ‘Captaining the Ship,’ ‘Colour game win win,’ ‘Count off,’ ‘Criss-Cross,’ ‘Maze, Bottle throw, Chain walk’ etc were displayed. Every game was followed by reflections and applications to real life.The valedictory programme was chaired by Dr. Hovithal Sothu, Course Coordinator.
Meanwhile, the probationers have expressed happiness for gaining knowledge in the most practical and interesting way of learning. Tumben, Rumbemo, Nukshi and Rozy shared their experiences and also thanked the resource team.
Mongzueng Mpom, who is also the pastor of Jalukie Town Baptist Church, shared to the probationers on the challenges that we are facing in the contemporary world and how to confront them as government servant with integrity.
