Dimapur, Feb. 20 (EMN): The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Nagaland state unit has strongly condemned the assassination of NCP candidate of Meghalaya Jonathone Sangma along with his two supporters and bodyguard who were shot dead by unidentified assailants at Samanda in East Garo Hills on Sunday. Dimapur, Feb. 20 (EMN): The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Nagaland state unit has strongly condemned the assassination of NCP candidate of Meghalaya Jonathone Sangma along with his two supporters and bodyguard who were shot dead by unidentified assailants at Samanda in East Garo Hills on Sunday. Expressing shocked at the brutal act, the state unit demanded justice that strict actions should be taken immediately by the concerned authority. It also conveyed deepest condolence messages to the bereaved families and NCP party functionaries and prayed for the departy soul to rest in peace.
