NCC cadets visit Assam Rifles Charlie Hill

Dimapur, Jan. 17: 3(NH) Bn Assam Rifles alongwith NCC Cadets from various parts of India under the aegis of Kohima NCC group arranged a four-day visit from january10 to 13, to the oldest post of Assam Rifles - Chancellor Hill, commonly known as Charlie Hill or ‘C’ Hill. During their visit, cadets and instructors atttended the narration of brief history of the three Naga Hills Batallion, the oldest Bn of Assam Rilfes followed by an informal talk on Assam Rifles to including career prospectives and benifits of affiliating themselves with this reputable organisation. weapon and equipment display was also organised for the cadets. The visiting team comprised of NCC cadets from 16 different NCC Directorates spread over various parts of the country, including 3 NCC officers and 23 staff.
