Kohima, Nov. 11 (EMN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has informed all heads of registered institutions under NBSE regarding the issuance of application forms for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examinations 2021 (regular, repeater and compartmental).
According to a notification issued by Asano Sekhose, Chairman of NBSE, the application forms will be delivered at the designated centre of the districts and the centre schools of HSLC and HSSLC examination 2020 have to collect it from the designated centres and distribute it to the schools under their centre within November 20.
‘The schools will give it out to their students and collect the duly filled-in forms from them and submit it to the respective centres schools again. The centre schools will then submit the filled-in forms of the schools to the designated centre within December 11,’ stated the notification.
It added that the examination fees should be paid by DD (in favour of NBSE FEE Receipts) or cheque to SBI account no. 39353961985,IFSC - SBIN0000214, and payment receipt should be submitted along with the application forms. Fees in cash shall not be accepted, it informed.
‘All heads of institutions are directed to read the rules and instructions for filling up the forms as there are some new changes in the rules. Those schools that were upgraded in 2019 are directed to collect the forms from the designated centres and submit the forms to the designated centres,’ the notification read.
It informed that for Kohima district, the Centre schools have to collect the application forms from the Board's office and distribute it to the schools under their centre, stating that dates for collection and submission for Kohima district will be notified later in Board's website and district’s WhatsApp Group.
The Board has also enclosed a copy of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), including wearing of face mask by the Board officials and heads of schools, for compliance during collection and submission of application forms.
