KOHIMA — The
Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has asked all the schools registered
under the board to make use of the PARAKH (Performance Assessment, Review, and
Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development) document made available on its
portal at the earliest.
In a circular on January 30, NBSE chairperson, Asano
Sekhose, informed all the head of registered institutions that the PARAKH has
shared the documents and made available on its portal.
She said that the documents are essential for understanding
the new assessment framework and ensuring the educational practices align with
the latest guidelines and standards as envisaged in the New Education Policy
2020 and National Curriculum Framework 2023.
She, therefore, requested all the schools to download and
make use of the PARAKH documents at the earliest, adding that more documents
would be uploaded as and when received from PARAKH.
To access the documents, she has asked the institution heads
to visit the NBSE portal at https//nbsenl.edu.in/ and navigate to the “PARAKH
documents section and download the necessary documents for their institution’s
reference.
She further requested all the head of institutions and
schools to share with their teachers and familiarise themselves with the
contents of the PRAKH documents and integrate the recommended practices into
their academic programmes.
