Dimapur, Mar.6 (EMN): The Nepali Baptist Church Chümoukedima (NBCC) conducted an orientation programme for its new leaders in the church premises on March 2.
NBCC church secretary, Santosh Chettri, in his keynote address, thanked all the dignitaries and well-wishers for their support. He was optimistic that the orientation programme would be a huge step forward for the church leaders.
Rev. Dr. P Tali Jamir, associate pastor of Police Baptist Church Chümoukedima, was the resource person. He stressed team work to bring about positive change in the society. He also encouraged the leaders to work hard, and value and believed in oneself.
He also talked about punctuality, team spirit, and respect for others and to have integrity and be honest.
The programme concluded with a prayer said by NBCC pastor, Robert Aley.
