Dimapur, Jan. 16 (EMN): The national integration tour team, comprising of 30 members from Thurutsusu village under Phek district, interacted with President of India Ram Nath Kovind on Jan. 15 at Rashtrapati Bhawan in Delhi. This was informed by the authority in the press release on Tue.
During the interaction, the president is stated to have encouraged the team to benefit from their exposure visiting to various parts of the country and contribute towards the development and well being of the state.
A memento was presented by the team OIC.
A familiarization tour to Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, India Gate and National Museum are being organized during the week long excursion, the press release informed.
