Namri attends closing ceremony of mini Hornbill festival in Peren

[caption id="attachment_215600" align="alignnone" width="550"] Namri Nchang attended the valedictory function of the Chega Gadi Lamsimngi Mini Hornbill Festival, on Wednesday.[/caption] Dimapur, Oct. 31 (EMN): Advisor for water resources department, Namri Nchang graced the closing function of the Chega Gadi Lamsimngi mini Hornbill-cum-Naga King Chilly eating festival which culminated at DC complex, New District Headquarter, Peren on Oct. 31. In his valedictory speech, Namri thanked the organising committee led by DC Peren, heads of offices under Peren district and all the tribal leaders for their initiative and cooperation that led to the grand success of the program. Tourism officer Peren, Kelhouse-ü delivered the welcome address while DC Peren, S. Tainiu pronounced the vote of thanks. The highlights of the program included cultural extravaganza by Jalukie B cultural troupe and winner of Peren voice impact 2016, Keyipeisile Herie presented a special song, the DIPR updated.
