Dimapur, May 11 (EMN): Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC) has thanked 82 groups of national workers for their active participation during the 40-day chains of prayer conducted from April 1 to May 10.
CNC general secretary, Rev. Seksim Kasar, has particularly thanked the Caretakers, CAOs, regional secretaries, secretaries of the central government, head of the departments, pastors, chaplains, and unit commanders for their active participation. He has attributed their efforts in making the 40-day chains of prayer a success. He has sought God’s blessings upon them in a special way.
Kasar has also thanked the churches, prayer centres, prayer warriors, organisations and institutions for their overwhelming response.
He prayed that God would forgive the sins of Nagas (be it of individual, national and of Naga people collectively) and heal the land so that Naga unity is realised. He also prayed that God would bless the people of India and Myanmar for understanding the rights of the Nagas.
Besides, he has prayed for blessings upon the Indian and Naga leaders so that the Indo-Naga problem is solved once and for all in an honourable and acceptable manner within a short period of time. He further prayed for blessings upon the Naga church leaders.
