Dimapur, April 3 (EMN): Nagaland women defeated Mizoram by nine wickets in the last match of Round XI of Plate Group, Women’s Cricket U-23 One Day league on April 3 at the KIIT stadium in Bhubaneswar. Out of eight matches played in the Plate Group, Nagaland won six (against Manipur, Meghalaya, Pudduchery, Mizoram, Sikkim, and Arunachal) and lost to Bihar and Uttrakhand. Brief score: Mizoram won the toss and elected to bat first Mizoram: 80 all out in 47.4 overs Sandhya Kumari and Omomi scored 10 and 15 runs for Mizoram Sariba and Sheetal captured 4 and 3 wickets with Merensola and Tulika chipping in with a wicket apiece. Nagaland: 82 for 1 in 18.2 overs Tulika-32 runs n.o, Vaincy-17 n.o. S Yadav claimed the lone wicket for Mizoram
