Nagaland University declares provisional results for 4th and 6th semesters, with mark sheets available at Lumami and clear guidelines for corrections and re-evaluation.

KOHIMA — Nagaland University (NU) has declared the provisional results of the 4th semester (repeater) and 6th semester (regular and repeater) old course/CBCS/FYUGP BA, B.Com, and B.Sc programmes, and the three-year BCA, BBA, and B.Voc programme examinations held during May 2025.
In a notification, NU has informed the respective college principals/authorised personnel to collect the mark sheet/grade sheet from its headquarters, Lumami, during office hours from July 11 onwards.
It stated that applications for correction in the mark sheet/grade sheet, if any, should be submitted to the university within one month from the date of declaration of the result, along with justification and the original mark sheet/grade sheet. It added that submission of applications for correction beyond one month would incur a correction fee of INR 500 per document.
Stating that applications for re-evaluation through the respective college principal should be submitted at Nagaland University, Lumami, during office hours on or before July 25, it was added that applications from the student would not be entertained.
Further, applications received after the due date would be summarily rejected. It was further informed that result details could be seen at the Nagaland University website: nagalanduniversity.ac.in.
The Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) overall pass percentage was 74.77%, with 1,221 passing out of 1,633.
The four-year undergraduate programme (FYUGP) sixth semester examination 2025 overall pass percentage was 73.24%, with 3,885 students passing, including 1,486 males and 2,399 females. A total of 5,304 students, including 2,218 males and 3,086 females, appeared for the examination.
The result gazette of Nagaland University three-year undergraduate final semester examinations recorded an overall pass percentage of 83.65%, with 1,346 students out of 1,609 appearing passing the exams.
