DIMAPUR — Nagaland
State Transport (NST) department has announced a shuttle bus service to Kisama
Heritage Village for the duration of the Hornbill Festival, from December 1 to
the 10th. The service will operate from three locations in Kohima: ISBT Kohima,
NST Station Kohima, and PR Hill Junction Kohima, stated an update from the
DIPR.
Fares will vary depending on the boarding point: INR 80 from
ISBT Kohima, INR 70 from NST Station Kohima, and INR 50 from PR Hill Junction
Kohima. Buses will depart from these locations daily at 8:00 am.
Return services from Kisama to Kohima will be available from
10 am onwards, with the last bus departing Kisama at 9:00 pm daily.
Additionally, a free shuttle bus service will operate between Kigwema public
ground (parking area) and the Kisama venue throughout the festival.
