According to a Skymet weather report on Tuesday, light to moderate rain and thundershower activity is expected over many Northeast states till March 21. The rain intensity will reduce over the area by March 22. Thereafter, the weather will become almost clear. There will be another spell of moderate showers on March 23. By March 24, intensity will start reducing over entire northeastern states. “After this rainy episode, we expect the rain deficiency of north-eastern states to reduce to some extent,” it reported.
