DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Taekwondo Federation (NTF) organised a two-day seminar featuring International Master Mrityunjoy Roy, 7th Dan Black Belt in World Taekwondo (WT) Jidokwan and director of the International Sport Kickboxing Association (ISKA), India.
On November 1, Roy conducted an intensive master's seminar on advanced aerobic exercises, punches, kicks, and self-defence for around 70 instructors and students of the NTF at the Regional Centre for Sporting Excellence in Sovima, according to an update.

Participants attended from various schools and clubs in the Dimapur and Chümoukedima districts.
On Sunday, he held an exclusive seminar for senior instructors at Taekwondo Dojang in Ikishe Village. The session focused on advanced programmes including sparring techniques, poomsae, self-defence strategies, and specialised training methods.
Israel G Xuivi, chief instructor of the NTF, 7th Dan WT Jidokwan and member of the International Taekwondo Hall of Fame, was also present.
