DIMAPUR — The State High Level Steering Committee (SHLSC) on Support for Statistical Strengthening (SSS) sub-scheme has released four-point report during a meeting held at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat conference hall on March 9.
The reports include report on Income disparity in Nagaland, 2025; Time Use Survey in Nagaland, 2025; Survey on Forest and Forest products in Nagaland, 2025; and Study on rates and ratio used in estimation of Gross Value Added construction for Nagaland.
The reports were released during a meeting of SHLSC organised by the department Economics and Statics under the chairmanship of the chief secretary, Sentiyanger Imchen.
An update from the department stated that the members have review and approve the activities.

It mentioned that The SSS sub-scheme is a central sector scheme with 100% funding from the centre aimed at enhancing the capacity of the state statistical system. The programme, implemented under the aegis of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI), seeks to improve the collection, compilation, and dissemination of timely and reliable official statistics to support evidence-based planning and policy formulation.
