DIMAPUR — The second day of the Nagaland Revival and Healing Festival 2025 drew more than 80,000 attendees to the Multi-Disciplinary Sports Complex in Dimapur on Wednesday.

Organised by The Gatekeepers, the festival aims to rekindle the spiritual identity of Christians across the state. Apostle Ankit Sajwan called the occasion “a historic event” and said the whole of India is talking about it.

Sajwan said that many had warned him that the Revival and Healing Festival would clash with the state’s Hornbill Festival and that people would not attend. He added, however, that there are plenty of passionate believers who love Jesus.

He stated that the events are not a competition, saying, “Praise God to those who are at Hornbill and to the passionate lovers who are here.”

He stressed, “I’m not here to represent Christianity, but to represent Christ.” He pointed out that Christ is not divided—if he spoke for Christianity, people would ask which denomination he belongs to.

He said God long ago planted a love for the Naga people in his heart. Sajwan reminded the congregation that they serve a Lord who never lies and that his wish is for every Naga to become a lover of God’s Word. “That’s what I yearn for,” he added.

He observed that many are praying for liberation from addiction and sickness, stressing that begging is not necessary for freedom.

He quoted, “If you abide in my word, you are my disciples indeed, and I will tell you the truth—the truth indeed. Mere belief isn’t enough; what sets you free is the truth.” He added that it is not the quantity of tears or prayers but the amount of truth one encounters that brings freedom.

This revival, Sajwan affirmed, is about a generation rising above—sons and daughters showing the world how believers in Christ live. “You and your peers will know no depression. I urge you to be doers of the Word, not merely hearers,” he said.
