Dimapur, March 21 (EMN): Nagaland recorded a single-day rise of five Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, taking the tally to 35,466 and active caseload to 37.
The cumulative recoveries and death toll for the state remains unchanged at 33, 187, and 754 respectively, with no new recoveries or deaths recorded in the last 24 hours.
According to an update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, five positive cases were reported in Dimapur and out of 37 active cases in the state, 35 are asymptomatic, one moderate on oxygen and one in ICU on ventilator.
In terms of distribution of active cases, Dimapur has 25 infections, 10 in Kohima, one each in Mokokchung and Wokha, while Longleng, Kiphire, Mon, Tuensang, Peren, Zunheboto and Phek are currently Covid-19 free.
