Dimapur, March 14 (EMN): Nagaland recorded a single-day rise of four Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, taking the tally to 35,451 while the active caseload declined to 55 with recovery of six patients.
The state’s cumulative recoveries also increased to 33, 155 while the death toll remained unchanged at 753 with no fresh fatalities reported in the last 24 hours.
According to an update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, three positive cases were reported in Dimapur and one in Mokokchung. It added that out of 55 active cases in the state, 52 are asymptomatic and three mild.
In terms of distribution of active cases, Dimapur has 36 infections, 12 in Kohima, five in Mokokchung, and one each in Kiphire and Longleng, while Wokha, Mon, Tuensang, Peren, Zunheboto and Phek are currently Covid-19 free.
