Dimapur, March. 25 (EMN): Nagaland recorded a single-day rise of three fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Friday, taking the tally to 35,470 while active caseload declined to 20 with recovery of 11 patients.
The state’s cumulative recoveries also increased to 33, 208 while the death toll remained unchanged at 754 with no fresh fatalities reported in the past 24 hours.
According to an update from the department of Health and Family Welfare, one case each was reported in Dimapur, Kiphire and Wokha, while 10 patients in Kohima and one in Dimapur recovered.
Out of 20 active cases in the state, 18 are asymptomatic, one moderate on oxygen and one in ICU on ventilator.
In terms of distribution of active cases, Dimapur has 18 infections, and one each in Kiphire and Wokha, while Longleng, Mon, Kohima, Mokokchung, Tuensang, Peren, Zunheboto and Phek are currently Covid-19 free.
