Dimapur, June 21 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 126 new Covid-19 positive cases on Monday, taking the state’s tally to 24, 374.
The Health and Family Welfare Department updated that out of the 126 new cases detected in the last 24 hours, 68 were in Kohima, 18 in Dimapur, 16 in Mokokcung, nine in Zunheboto, six in Peren, three each in Kiphire and Tuensang and one each in Longleng, Mon and Wokha.
The state also recorded 166 recoveries in the last 24 hours out of which 53 were in Dimapur, 64 in Kohima, 31 in Mokokchung, seven in Zunheboto, five in Mon, three in Longleng and one each in Peren, Phek and Wokha.
The state currently has 1844 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 1586 are asymptomatic, 184 mild, 45 moderate on oxygen, 14 severe on oxygen, 11 in ICU without ventilator and four in ICU with ventilator.
The state also registered 21,367 recoveries and 461 with six casualties reported in the last 24 hours.
In regard to district-wise distribution of active Covid-19 cases, Dimapur has 559, Mokokchung-464, Kohima-459, Tuensang-146, Phek-45, Zunheboto-45, Peren-41, Mon-33, Kiphire-23, Longleng-19 and Wokha-10.
