Dimapur, Jan. 14 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 32 new Covid-19 positive cases on Thursday, taking the state’s tally to 12,035.
This was informed by the minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
‘32 positive cases of Covid-19 were detected today (Thursday); Kohima-28, Dimapur-3 and Mokochung-1. Also, 11 positive patients have recovered; Kohima-9, and one each in Dimapur and Mokokchung,’ tweeted the minister.
According to the information provided by the Health department, Nagaland has 124 active Covid-19 cases, out of which 109 are asymptomatic, nine mild, two moderate on oxygen, two severe on oxygen and two critical-ICU.
The state has also recorded 11,685 recoveries and 86 deaths, out of which 10 are ‘not Covid-related’.
In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Dimapur leads with 68 cases, followed by Kohima-44, Mokokchung-7, two each in Peren and Mon and one in Longleng, while Kiphire, Tuensang, Wokha, Phek and Zunheboto have zero cases.
