DIMAPUR — Joint Secretary of Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, Mercy Epao inaugurated the Nagaland Pavilion at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, on Friday.
The joint secretary was accompanied by the Joint Resident Commissioner, Nagaland House, New Delhi, Sharon Longchari; Joint Director and Pavilion Director, Industries & Commerce Department, K Hekavi Francis and other department officials; OSD Planning & Transformation Department, Thomas Thailu; Senior Manager NHD, Koko Metha; Registrar NHD, Anup Rawat; and UDA NHD, Atale Kezo, stated a press release issued by PRO NH, New Delhi.
Epao, along with the officials, visited the stalls set up at the State Pavilion.
Interacting with the exhibitors, she encouraged them to also avail benefits provided by the Ministry of MSME in branding and design schemes.

Key highlights of the pavilion, includes, beautifully woven handlooms, finely crafted handicrafts, food products, dry flowers, etc. from Nagaland.
The 14-day trade fair, which will conclude on November 27, has 12 countries, including, United Arab Emirates, China, South Korea, Iran and Egypt, participating this year.
Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Bihar are the partner states, while Jharkhand is the focus state.
