National workers to observe 27th death anniv of Phizo
Federal Government of Nagaland (FNG) secretary Thihü Khamo has informed that the 27th death anniversary of A.Z. Phizo, Father of the Naga Nation will be observed as usual on April 30, 7 a.m. at Phizo Hill, Kohima. All the National workers and fellow Naga citizens have been requested to participate in the commemoration programme..
Kohima village elects new chairman
Kohima Village has elected Dr. Neiphi Kire as the new Kohima Village Council chairman w.e.f. April 18. Press & Media Cell secretary, Thejao Sekhose, informed that the newly elected chairman shall relief Khriezothie Chielie, KVC vice chairman, who was assigned extra charge as acting chairman during the absence of a full flagged KVC chairman.
PBUD emergency meeting
Pork Butcher Union of Dimapur (PBUD) has convened as emergency meeting on April 28, 9:30 a.m. at its union office. One member from every shop has been informed to attend the meeting compulsorily. Union vice president Lashito Wotsa has informed that action will be initiated against the defaulter.
State BJP executive meeting
The 5th state executive meeting of BJP Nagaland has been convened on April 28 at C.K. Arcade, near Post Office, Kohima at 10 a.m. All entitled delegates of state executive members, permanent invitees, special invitees, presidents and one general secretary of state frontals and districts have been informed to attend positively. The list of delegates may be confirmed from the state party office.
Akuluto GHS Planning Board convenes joint meeting
The chairman of the Jubilee Planning Board of Akuluto Government High School has informed that there will be a joint meeting of the Planning Board on April 29, 10 a.m. at the school premises.
