Mkg: Polling personnel informed to collect allowance
The assistant election officer of Mokokchung has informed all the polling personnel that the payment of training / reserve allowances in connection with the recently concluded by-election to Parliamentary Constituency will be disbursed from July 5-17 at the Election Office Mokokchung during office hours. All the concerned have been requested to produce their appointment order / ID card / authorization letter during payment. No payment will be made after the expiry date. Polling personnel who were exempted from election duty are not entitled for training allowance including grade-IV staff.
Noklak SDPDB meeting on July 11
Noklak Sub-Divisional Planning and Development Board (SDPDB) meeting has been scheduled on July 11 at Khiamniungan Tribal Council Hall, ADC office complex at 11 am. All the board members have been requested to attend positively.
Dimapur DPDB meeting
The Dimapur District Planning & Development Board meeting for the month of July has been convened on July 5 at 11 am in the conference hall of deputy commissioner. All the board members have been requested to attend the meeting.
Mkg. DPDB meeting postponed
The assistant planning officer of the District Planning Machinery Cell Mokokchung, Tinukumzuk has informed all the District Planning Development Board (DPDB) members that the board’s meeting for the month of July has been postponed to July 9.
Dimapur’s Chakhesang students inform
The Chakhesang Students’ Union Dimapur (CSUD) has informed all its members that the annual membership fees for the year 2018 will be collected from all the students enrolled in any educational institution within its jurisdictions in Dimapur town and Toulazouma village. Informing this in a press release, the union education secretary said that the membership fee would be collected for the purpose of statistical and literacy records. The union has decided to collect INR 30 for students from classes I to X and INR 50 for students from classes XI and above.The union further informed that it would not bear any responsibility against any student failing to comply with the notification. DMC convenes meeting
Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has convened a meeting of all GBs and chairmen under Dimapur municipality on July 12 at Town hall in Dimapur, at 11 am. DMC Administrator Moa Sangtam has requested all the concerned GBs and chairmen to attend the proposed meeting without fail.
The Kohima Chakhesang Students’ Union will be holding its 2nd union assembly on July 14 at 11 am at the LCS building in Kohima. Informing this in a press release, the union speaker has requested all the affiliated units of the union to attend with two representatives from each.
