Nagaland House provides relief to stranded people

Dimapur, April 28 (EMN): The officers and staff of Nagaland House, New Delhi, led by the ACS and RC Jyoti Kalash and DRC Kethosituo Sekhose, on Monday handed over INR 1,15,000 towards the fund for providing rations to stranded people from Nagaland, who are staying in Delhi NCR.

According to DIPR, the officers and staff of Nagaland House in the national capital have also been contributing in the form of voluntary service in reaching out to the needy in spite of the difficulties and health hazards.

“Three teams from the Nagaland House is being regularly sent to various parts of Delhi NCR for distribution of dry rations to the needy, while the medical team led by Dr. Hentok Phom and Kuolie Mere is reaching out to patients from the state across Delhi to provide various assistance, consultation and vehicles monetary and blood donations in various hospitals for their treatment,” read the update.

So far, more than 750 students and those stranded in Delhi and NCR have been provided rations, the update added.
