DIMAPUR — Nagaland Governor La. Ganesan has extended greetings on the occasion of Janmashtami.

“Janmashtami festival is celebrated to mark the birth of Lord Khrishna. The festival signifies goodwill, unity and faith - everything happens for a reason, both good and bad. It is a cycle we need to modestly as well as graciously accept,” read the message from the governor.

“On this holy occasion, I wish everyone good health, happiness and prosperity,” it added.
