Dimapur, Dec. 9 (EMN): The 3rd edition of the Nagaland Fashion Week (NFW) 2022, organised by the Nagaland Designers’ Association (NDA) concluded on Dec. 8 at the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, 6th Mile, Sovima in Chümoukedima.
An update issued on Dec. 9 informed that the final day of the event was graced by Talinukshi, PS to Temjen Imna Along, Minister Higher Education & Tribal Affairs and Sanny Pongener, Director, Department of Sericulture as the guest of honour.
The final day of the event comprised f five rounds that showcased collections by several designers.
The first sequence was from Gitartha’s Kreation as ‘KOINA- The Bridal Story, second sequence by Maongla Jamir as ‘Tux and Tiaras’, third sequence by Leishang Nakhedei as ‘Warrior’s Legacy’, fourth sequence by Aien Keyho & Akanili Yeptho as ‘Tongnusenmetsu (Rainbow)’ and the last sequence by the NDA as ‘The Silk Story’.
Athe Rhi was the host for the evening while the artistes including Dr. T Imensanen Jamir, Nuvesalu Sakhamo and Aseno Metha enthralled the audience with their heartfelt renditions.
