Nagaland Covid-19 update: With 20 new cases detected, tally rises to 3031

Dimapur, Aug. 11 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 20 new Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the state’s tally to 3031.

The minister of Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom, informed this through an update on August 11.

According to the information provided by the Health department till the time of filing this report, the state has 2047 active Covid-19 cases, 973 recoveries and eight deaths.

In regard to district-wise distribution of Covid-19 cases, Dimapur leads with 1260 active cases, followed by Kohima - 531 Mon - 161, Peren - 15 , Phek - 3, Mokokchung - 5 and Zunheboton - 59, Wokha - 8, and Tuensang -2.

Longleng and Kiphire districts are coronavirus-free so far.
