Dimapur, Aug. 24 (EMN): Nagaland recorded 28 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, taking the state's tally to 3714.
This was informed by the minister for Health and Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom.
"28 new positive cases of Covid-19 have been detected out of 586 samples tested. 24 in Kohima, 2 in Dimapur, and 1 each in Longleng and Zunheboto. Also state reports 102 recoveries of Covid-19 patients. 85 from Dimapur and 17 from Kohima,” the minister tweeted.
According to information provided by the Health department till the time of filing this report, the state has 1404 active Covid-19 cases, 2294 recoveries and nine deaths.
