Nagaland Covid-19 cases reach 1239

Dimapur, July 24 (EMN): With 65 new cases, Nagaland recorded the second highest single-day spike in Covid-19 cases on Friday, taking the states tally to 1239 so far.

On Thursday, July 23, Nagaland had recorded the highest single-day spike with 90 cases.

According to an update from Health department, there were 701 active cases as of July 24. The number of recoveries so far is 537 patients. It informed that though there has been report of one death from Dimapur, the cause is yet to be established as Covid-19.
