Dimapur, Sep. 6 (EMN): Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Zunheboto, Dr. CW Tungoe urged upon the concerned medical officers in-charge to provide quality healthcare services based on the needs of the community adding that failing to perform upto the expectation due to non-availability of adequate infrastructure and facilities should not happened.
Tungoe stated this in his address while speaking at the monthly review meeting of medical officers and vertical programmes officers on September 5 at the CMO office, Zunheboto, stated Shekho Sophie, District Media Officer, in an update.
A power point presentation was made by NVBDCP and DAPCU followed with an open discussion wherein the officers reviewed on the various ongoing activities in the district.
Deputy Chief Medical Office, Dr. K Akaho Sema, who chaired the meeting, gave a brief orientation on RCH, monthly reporting, Poshan Maah, ambulance usage, and book of account.
The meeting was attended by medical officers and vertical programme officers.
