Nagaland CM meets union ministers in Delhi

DIMAPUR — Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio met with union ministers Smriti Irani and Hardeep Singh Puri in Delhi on Tuesday and discussed development matters related to the state, according to posts he made on X following the meetings.

In a tweet, CM Rio informed that he met Irani, Union Minister for Women and Child Development and Minority Affairs, along with Imkongmar, advisor for Minority Affairs and Sericulture.

They discussed “matters related to women development and upliftment of minorities”.

In another meeting, Rio met with the Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs and Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri. As per Rio's tweet, they had a discussion regarding “matters of urban development in the state”.
