- DIMAPUR — The
Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj (NBS) felicitated toppers and meritorious students of
HSLC, HSSLC and graduate courses from Bhojpuri community on Sunday at Durga
Mandir hall.
- A total of 39 students were felicitated during the 13th
felicitation programme of Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj, which was attended by
Advisor of Tribal Affairs and Election, Tovihoto Ayemi, as the special guest.
- In his address, the advisor said that Dimapur, with its
diverse tribes and communities, exemplifies peace and harmony.
- Ayemi remarked that the event is another example of leaders
from various Nagaland communities, especially Dimapur, coming together and
uniting to nurture young minds and future leaders.

- He also affirmed that the felicitation program stands out,
surpassing other important events and functions they've organized.
- Congratulating the student, he said that they have made
themselves proud, their parents, school, their entire community and Dimapur
proud, adding “this is just the beginning and not the end.”
- Ayemi advised students to view life as a journey,
emphasising that success has no deadline, and encouraged them to grow at their
own pace.
- Additionally, the advisor emphasised that age doesn't limit
potential, and with passion and effort, students can achieve greatness while
exploring, learning, and discovering themselves.
- He further encouraged the students to dream big, be kind,
stay curious, remain consistent, and trust their instincts and to never stop
believing in their own potential.
- The event featured welcome remarks by Rajeev Singh, NBS
president; a brief overview of NBS activities by former NBS member Pramod
Singh; and vote of thanks by Dilip Sharma, chairman of the 13th felicitation
committee.
