Nagaland Basketball Association to conduct senior men’s trials for national championship

DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Basketball Association (NBA) will conduct the senior men’s basketball trials on December 8 at the Don Bosco Basketball Court, Kohima.

According to an update, the trials will commence at 2 pm. The association has invited male athletes from across Nagaland to compete for a place in the state’s squad.

Selected players will represent Nagaland in the upcoming 75th Senior National Basketball Championship scheduled to be held in Chennai from January 4 to the 11th, 2026.

“We’re looking for athletes who embody grit, sportsmanship, and the hunger to grow,” said the NBA technical director.

Participants have been advised to arrive early, dressed in appropriate sports attire, and bring valid ID proof.
