DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Archery Association (NAA) has announced that it will conduct state selection trials for archers aiming to represent Nagaland at the upcoming Senior Nationals in December.

The one-day trials are scheduled for October 10 at the DGP Archery Ground in Chumoukedima.

Affiliated district associations have been requested to make necessary arrangements and send their respective archers for the event. Trials will be held in three disciplines—Indian Round, Recurve, and Compound—for both men and women.

The top three scorers in each category will earn the opportunity to represent Nagaland at the Senior Nationals, which will be held in Hyderabad in December.

District associations are required to submit the list of participants by October 6. Following the trials, a coaching camp for the selected archers will be organized, with dates to be announced shortly.

The NAA has urged all district associations to ensure timely participation and preparation to maintain high standards of performance as the state prepares to compete at the national level.
