DIMAPUR — The Nagaland Amateur Boxing Association (NABA) has officially sent a team of seven boxers, along with one coach, to participate in the 7th Junior Boys and Girls National Boxing Championship.
According to an update, the championship is scheduled to be held in Nagpur, Maharashtra, from April 4 to the 11th.
The team comprises four boys and three girls who will represent the state at the national level. The squad is accompanied by KIC Wokha boxing coach Kuchohu Curha.

He is a certified boxing coach and a post-graduate in sports coaching (boxing) from Patiala, Punjab.
The team's participation is sponsored by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports.
The association expressed confidence in the team's performance and wished the players success in the championship.
