[dropcap]I[/dropcap]N less than a year since Filafi Fithu, a Naga shoe designer, who launched her own range of designer shoes at one of the posh areas in New Delhi at Greater Kailash last October, the brand name- “Filafi Fithu” has only grown bigger. Expanding her venture on June 19, 2014, the first Filafi Fithu Store overseas was opened at Desenzano del Garda, a town in Lombardy, Italy by the famous lake of Garda and a top holiday destination famous for its beautiful landscape, beaches and exciting nightlife.
Filafi Fithu said the collection in the newly opened Filafi Fithu Store in Italy is slightly different than in India, considering the taste of the people there. However, it may be recalled that the high end Filafi Fithu Shoes available in India are also manufactured from Italy.
Meanwhile, a more affordable range of shoes exclusively under her brand name are being manufactured from Romania for an economy line called t-r-e-n-d-z.
Adding another feather to her cap is the upcoming Italian movie- L’uomo Volante (The Flying Man) starring Adelmo Togliani and Bianca Guaccero, featuring Filafi Fithu Shoes.
