Dimapur, April 25 (EMN): The Naga Hospital Authority Kohima will start the outpatient department of the hospital from April 27.
The outpatient department will have a specific timing, the hospital stated.
A press release from the managing director of the hospital Dr. Thorhusie Katiry informed that the timing for the outpatient services will be 10 am to 1 pm everyday except on government-designated holidays.
This arrangement for outpatients will continue till such time any Covid-19 positive patient is admitted to the hospital.
The managing director advised visitors to wear masks when reporting for the OPD consultations, and that they are to practice social distancing.
However, the the MD stated that no patient will be admitted as an inpatient in the hospital and those who are required to be admitted will have to avail the service in the government empanelled hospitals.
"If the patient requires admission, they are advised to approach the government empanelled hospital for further management", he stated.
