Dimapur, Nov. 5 (EMN): Out of three top positions, team Nagaland comprising Kevilebo Zhotso and Alemba Thongliu Tikhir took the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively at the Adventure and Mountain Biking Association, Meghalaya 'Wakhiri Enduro MTB Challenge 2017'.
Alemba and Kevilebo had recently completed the grueling 450 kms race touching altitudes of almost 14,000 ft at Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang Festival mountain bike race where out of 35 cyclists from around the country and abroad, only eight cyclists were able to complete the race. Alemba finished 5th and Kevilebo featured among the top ten cyclists of the race. The cyclists are supported by the Nagaland cycling community without any formal training or support from Government.
